Zip Gun, noun.
Definition; A term used for a crude improvised firearm, usually a handgun. Zip guns are almost always single-shot, as the improvised construction sometimes makes them weak enough to be destroyed by the act of firing.
In other words, a zip gun is a home made device that is libel to be more dangerous to the user than to the intended target.
As I sit typing these words it is the beginning of 2011. I am thirty six years old. I have just quit my soft government job. I am selling off a large amount of my personal possessions. I have given notice to my landlord. I am leaving the city where I was born and have spent almost my entire life.
I am trying to start from the beginning and build something new, fully aware it could blow up in my face. But, if I don't do it now, this could be my last chance. I am pushing all my chips to the centre of the table. It has come to that.
This is the ZipGun Project.
I am making this website as a sort of home base. I am not too sure exactly what that means yet, but maybe it can be somewhere where I can show off some of the projects I work on, write about what is happening around me and even sell you some things that you don't know you need yet. I know what you need...
The plan is to have some links below these words, which will give you access to all the different parts of the site. It will all probably evolve slowly as I come up with new hair brained schemes to make some cash, and basically survive.
